Terms of therapy

Sessions

Sessions last 50 minutes and take place online, by video or voice only. Therapy is offered to adults, in English or Greek. Before we begin, you're welcome to a free 15 minute intro call.

Fees

• Individual therapy: £55 per session, or £300 for a block of 6 sessions.
• Concession for students and people who are unemployed: £40 per session, or £210 for a block of 6 sessions.

All fees are in pounds sterling (GBP).

Cancellations

Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed, are charged at the full fee.

Professional standards

I'm registered with the BACP (registration no. 00969337) and work within the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.

Online therapy isn't an emergency service. If you're at risk of harm or need urgent help, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your country.
